Energy Strategy

A geographically diversified procurement strategy anchored by utility-scale solar PPAs and aggregated buyer consortia, with recent expansion into renewable natural gas and wave energy equity.

• Signed two 50 MW Texas solar VPPAs with X-Elio in March 2025 as anchor participant in SR Inc's third Net Zero Consortium for Buyers engagement, part of 172 MW six-buyer aggregation.
• Commissioned 92 MW wind-solar hybrid plant with CleanMax in Karnataka (January 2024), meeting over 90% of India electricity requirements and producing 181.4 million kWh annually.
• Entered first RNG procurement agreement in August 2024 for California sites and made equity investment in CorPower Ocean wave energy Series B1 (October 2024), first sustainability-focused investment from Cisco Investments.
• Ten of 13 tracked deals are PPAs (338 MW), with India representing four deals; seven of ten PPAs signed since 2024 reflect acceleration aligned with 100% renewable electricity achievement in FY25.
